All of our apprentices are contracted directly to our company, ensuring they receive continuous training, guidance, and hands-on experience. This commitment to developing skilled professionals sets them up for success and ensures generational excellence in the industry.

Many of our project managers and estimators started as apprentices with us, giving them a deep understanding of every aspect of our business and the high standards we uphold.

In addition to our head office team, we employ a close-knit group of site supervisors, electricians, and apprentices, all of whom share a passion for their work and are proud to be part of 240 Electrical.

Every team member undergoes full police checks and security clearance before joining us, so you can be confident that your project is in the hands of trustworthy professionals.
