All of our apprentices are in-house and contracted  to 240 Electrical. We believe that this is vital for both the apprentice and the industry, as it gives the aspiring electrician  the best chance to excel through consistent training, guiding and experience. We strongly believe that the industry gains generational excellence due to this practice.

Our belief in developing talent doesn’t end with the first step on the ladder. All of our project managers and estimators have come from within the business, frequently as apprentices themselves.
