Bulk
CARGO SERVICES
Bulk Cargo Services store and blend fertilisers and animal foods is another of our design and construct industrial facilities. For us, the fertiliser storage and blending presents a massive challenge because the elements are extremely corrosive to all things electrical. The facility now encompasses 4 x12000m2 sheds. Throughout the Stage 1 process we had to keep at the forefront of our design the infrastructure required for Sheds 2, 3 and 4 and the differing power requirements for each facility. All of the outlets and switches installed are chemical resistant 56 Series, and all of the Highbays and emergency lights are LED. All of these project components resulted in a very environmentally friendly and incredibly reliable final product.

Toll
IPEC LARAPINTA
The Toll Ipec Larapinta was a design and construct industrial project in the new warehousing heartland of Larapinta. This building is 16000m2 under roof with a further 25000m2 of hard stand. The building, warehouse, office and hard stand has a fully automated lighting control system to the extent that warehouse highbays will turn on and off depending on the natural light levels picked up by the light harvesting system. The building was designed around the loading docks and the conveyor and package sorting plant that consumes 80% of its work space. We have a great working relationship with Toll and maintain this facility on a regular basis.
