What we have done: The James Street Concept Boutique Store definitely packs a punch. Over 300 individual spot lights and 150 meters of LED strip were installed to this retail space. DALI dimming of all light fittings gave the client complete flexibility when setting up the store. Power, Communications, Security System and a Beonic People Counting System were also installed to this high-end fitout.

Kailo

WELLNESS MEDISPA

What we have done:   The fitout of the Kailo Wellness Medispa within the new Calile Hotel Precinct incorporated the same high-end finishes found throughout the Calile Hotel including recessed floor boxes to each Wellness Pod, individual dimming control of the treatment rooms and a background music system.

As one of Australia’s premier schools for young men, this project came with high pressure and even higher expectations. 240 Electrical worked very closely with the architects, interior designers, all services trades, the builder and of course the client themselves, Brisbane Boys College, to ensure that this design and construct project was completed to exceed all expectations.

 

All of the involved parties needed to be both candid and approachable to achieve the design intent and provide a functional building that also met the final budget. We’re happy to report that all of the above goals were achieved and the aspiring young men now have a myriad of collaboration spaces where their ideas and thoughts can develop.

Casuarina

TOWN CENTRE

This was another complete design and construct project completed with Hutchinson Builders, as well as Consolidated Property Group. Casuarina Town Centre is a 3000m2 Coles store alongside 14 other specialty commercial tenancies. While the project design often changed, our consistent coordination and communication with the builder and client as well as our use of quality materials has delivered a Coles store with 100% LED lighting and beautiful, welcoming shopping complex. All of the Casuarina Town Centre commercial fittings were selected carefully to ensure suitability to AS design standards and the marine environment in which they were installed.

240 Electrical were  awarded the delivery of several Westpac retail branches across Queensland inline with their national ‘Bank Now’ rebrand.

Each 200sqm branch (approximately) was delivered under a design and construct model within a 4 to 5 week period whilst adhering to Westpac’s strict corporate guidelines.  Each store not only looks the same but also meets the high quality and security requirements of bank.

The refresh of each branch included the installation of new customer service areas, transaction rooms, facilities and kitchen for employees and ATM zones.

Each refresh was completed in 4-5 week Lead time.

The renovation works to existing stores are quite often out of hours to allow the bank continued operating during construction. This requires careful planning and execution to guarantee the bank is fully operational the following morning and that security is not compromised.
