240 Electrical completed the corporate office fitout of Collection House located at 100 Skyring Terrace, Newstead QLD in July of 2016.
Collection House was the largest fitout of its kind at the time spanning over 4 full floors. Levels 9, 10 , 11 and 12.
Collection House are Australia’s leading receivables manager. They provide solutions that span the entire credit lifecycle, from receivables outsourcing to debt collection and debt purchase.
The Electrical portion of the Fitout includes automated lighting and blinds, integrated audio visual services, high end security and access control, general power and over 1000 dual cat 6 data outlets, serviced via a myriad of fibre optic cabling.
Over 8000m2 of premium fitout delivered on time and without issue, we are lucky enough to continue to develop our relationship with Collection House as an ongoing partner.

As one of Australia’s premier schools for young men, this project came with high pressure and even higher expectations. 240 Electrical worked very closely with the architects, interior designers, all services trades, the builder and of course the client themselves, Brisbane Boys College, to ensure that this design and construct project was completed to exceed all expectations.
All of the involved parties needed to be both candid and approachable to achieve the design intent and provide a functional building that also met the final budget. We’re happy to report that all of the above goals were achieved and the aspiring young men now have a myriad of collaboration spaces where their ideas and thoughts can develop.
